Privacy Notice

Yard Radar collects only the data needed to run accounts, saved workflows, community features, support, and billing access.

Data we handle

Clerk provides account identifiers and verified email information. Yard Radar may store saved vehicles, garage details, preferences, watchlists, Profit Runs, parts and sales records, community reports, uploaded photos, support requests, and limited diagnostic events. Stripe processes payment details; Yard Radar does not store full card numbers.

How data is used

Data is used to provide cross-device sync, membership access, alerts, saved workflows, customer support, security, reliability, and product improvement. Yard Radar does not sell personal information.

Location and photos

Location is used to estimate distance and routes when you choose it. Avoid uploading faces, license plates, documents, or other personal information. Supported uploads are limited and may be reviewed or removed for safety and misuse prevention.

Third parties and retention

Clerk, Stripe, hosting infrastructure, linked yards, maps, marketplaces, and notification providers may process data under their own terms when used. Account records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can download Yard Radar account data and request deletion from Settings. Active recurring billing must be canceled before app data deletion. Deleting Yard Radar data does not automatically delete a Clerk account or records Stripe must retain.
