Cancellation & Refund Policy

Recurring plans

Weekly, monthly, and yearly Yard Radar Pass plans renew until canceled. You can cancel from Settings → Membership & billing. Unless the checkout screen or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid billing period.

Lifetime access

Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase for access while the Yard Radar service is offered. It is not a recurring subscription.

Refund requests

Duplicate or clearly accidental charges should be reported promptly through Support in the app. Refunds are reviewed based on the payment record, service access, applicable law, and circumstances. Yard fees, travel, tools, parts, marketplace costs, or resale losses are not Yard Radar charges and cannot be refunded by Yard Radar.

Billing problems

Use the secure Stripe billing portal in Settings to update payment methods, review invoices, switch eligible plans, or cancel. Never send full card numbers or secret keys in a support message.
