Terms of Use
Yard Radar is independent planning software. It is not a salvage yard, marketplace, vehicle manufacturer, repair manual, or guarantee of inventory, fitment, safety, sale price, or profit.
Using Yard Radar
You may use Yard Radar for lawful personal or business planning. Follow each yard’s admission, age, tool, safety, removal, and purchasing rules. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, scrape private account data, upload unlawful material, or misrepresent community reports.
Inventory and compatibility
Arrival dates, rows, images, prices, vehicle details, VIN results, interchange suggestions, OEM references, tool lists, and removal steps may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Confirm the exact vehicle and part with the yard and compare the complete OEM number, suffix, connectors, mounting points, build codes, drivetrain, and options.
Estimates and resale
Demand, pricing, shipping, fees, pull time, and profit figures are planning estimates. They do not promise a sale or profit. Include taxes, labor, travel, tools, packaging, storage, returns, refunds, warranties, and unsold inventory in your decision.
Accounts and paid plans
You are responsible for your account activity. Stripe processes payments and Clerk manages authentication. Recurring plans renew until canceled. Current prices and benefits are shown before checkout. Manage billing through Settings in the app.
User content
You retain responsibility for reports, photos, notes, and records you submit. Upload only content you have the right to share, avoid unnecessary personal information, and do not upload faces, plates, documents, or unsafe or misleading content. Yard Radar may remove or restrict inappropriate submissions.
Service limits
Features and data sources may change, be corrected, or become unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Yard Radar is not responsible for losses caused by unverified third-party information, missed inventory, travel, purchases, resale outcomes, property damage, or injury.
